Manually entered URL does not appear in history list #38

Run speed tracer from any URL and then manually type a new URL in the address 
bar. The manually typed URL does not appear in the history drop down (although 
pages from clicked links do).

Actually, sometimes this works and other times it doesn't. Needs more 
investigation.
