Preparatory work for https://github.com/kaluginserg/cytoscape-node-html-label/pull/45#issuecomment-766949510

Before jumping to update/rebase https://github.com/kaluginserg/cytoscape-node-html-label/pull/45 I did some tooling maintenance/cleaning:

The next step will be to cherry-pick + update what has been done in https://github.com/kaluginserg/cytoscape-node-html-label/pull/45/commits/27d51fa600746fd4ea5a74f3dbb9dc094214e350#diff-75daaca635f400e7eb22cd835cf071da9f05a4d063cd12ca2cad3eeebfacba3e
