Try to copy package.json to Kameleon. It will not report error, but empty string returns when try to read source at terminal. (process.readSource('/usr/package.json')).

Revealed that:

Data are sent too fast than firmware processing capability.
Data should be fragmented smaller than buffer size and wait some time before sending next fragment.
