National flags #124

@kalwalt How do you get those national flags js file? They are cool! :-) I need some other flags, please help.

Hi @wc-lei i have taken from a GitHub repository, but unfortunately at the Moment i don''t remember where. Maybe i have signed in the commit when i have first uploader them? Sorry i can"t help so much now, maybe in the next days...

@wc-lei looking at this commit seems that i used a old version of the gb flag. I recommend to you to use the newest one optimized with svgo. I think i should updated the flags to a newest version.
