deleting all nftLoader code and examples #44

nftLoader was only a prototype for a more advanced project: ARnft, so i'm removing it and i suggest to all users to use ARnft instead.

there is an issue with the Travis script but it shouldn't a problem. see https://github.com/gjtorikian/html-proofer/issues/321

Tested on a localhost env with Jekyll , and there are no issues. Merging.
