static matrix_t::get() method output wrong data values #6

test this https://github.com/kalwalt/webarkit-jsfeat-cpp/blob/6104fdf14fae613a65e092a8344371c13a9dc3a1/examples/matrix_t_test.html#L17 data entry is a null Uint8Array, i'm wondering if this is expected or we can do something to fix this.
