Currently /pykythe/color_all data for a file is Prolog term; should be a JSON term.

Fixed with commit e59a288 (tag: v0.2.4, origin/master)

Leaving this open because we might also want to not use encode/decode on /pykythe/color_all facts, similar to how /pykythe/symtab is handled.

Closing with commit 1f7886db59d

color data are now in separate files
src_browser has direct access to path-line# facts (with a list of chunks for each line)
