CPS register not displaying values #351

The CPS register is not displaying the values for the Oedèmes, Référé, and Retard Psychomoteur columns. I have checked that I am saving those values. This is very high priority. This is the register that Amy will demo.

Happens in both English and French. I have uploaded data for user rprakash.
