Swap 'Music News' topic feed out for 'Music' #97

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to news by topic
2. Select Music News

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

One would expect to see the same content stream that is available under music 
in NPR's other mobile products. We should be using the ID= 124289519 instead 
and relabeling the feed just 'Music.' This will pull in more mobile friendly 
content from the music feed.

We currently retrieve topic information using a hard-coded sublist of topics 
retrieved from this url: http://api.npr.org/list?&id=3002&sc=18&apiKey=[...].  
In order to include Music as a topic, one of the following changes would have 
to be made:
1) add Music as a topic in the api list
2) hard code Music in as a separate topic
3) revise the way topics are downloaded
