Stop replying to random sentences that contain -- in them #12

We frequently use -- in sentences with a space before. Karmabot now counts this as an invocation, so it replies when it's not necessary. This usually derails conversation and is just annoying.

fair enough 👍 I'll update it so that it does not parse operations with spaces in the middle of the sentence. (#9)
