init-backup

A function that initiates a new backup. Note that the new design is to produce a folder written as time-stamp and containing following items:

• metadata (eigher json or yaml)
  • last update
  • new update
  • comment
• data
  • raw-data (e.g. as ods)
  • clean-data (ideally as csv file)
• scripts
  • used to clean the data
  • used to update
• backup file

A working project can be initiated instead of a time-stamp (for further process before update).
