GNOME Files (also known as Nautilus) is part of the GNOME core apps and is the official file manager for the GNOME desktop.
Can be installed with:
# zypper in nautilus nautilus-lang
Nautilus notifies when a USB stick is plugged in only if the gvfs-backends
package is installed.
Working on 15.1-RC-Build36.1.
Integration between GNOME Shell and Nautilus is provided by the gnome-shell-search-provider-nautilus
package. It allows one to search for files right from GNOME Shell.
Image thumbnails on Nautilus are provided by the gdk-pixbuf-thumbnailer
package.
Thumbnails for office documents on Nautilus are provided by the gsf-office-thumbnailer
package.
Video thumbnails on Nautilus are provided by the ffmpegthumbnailer
package.

Linux Kamarada needs a file manager.
