CLI - Web browser #59

While it's more common to use a GUI web browser, a CLI web browser can get one out of trouble. It's useful, for example, when the user is not able to start the display manager / desktop environment because of an error but they need to search the web for troubleshooting.

Links is a great CLI web browser, it already saved me twice.
