Handle localisation #30

PR to handle :

choice for location (either from HA settings,ZIP code or map location)
allow multiple location

Some refactoring as well. Take care I updated sensor definition to use SensorEntityDescription object => string to get exception must be set in "matchers" list attribute Feel free to contact me in case of pb. Fix #11 , #9

Significant changes compared to original PR (not pushed yet):

handle automatic migration from config version 1 to version 2
adjust device info presentation

Minor changes:

update README
remove commented code
remove work-in-progress logging statement
fix typing
renamed class to be in English
fixed missing GeoAPICallFailed class
