Make backlog and charts compatiable with the default component #376

Charts and backlogs depend on components to get data, so it must handle the 
case of now components

there's an exception in the backlogs & charts related to the estimation points 
per day

howa the backlog is giving an exception bas it's not your fault, it's because 
of the redundant methods mahmoud removed....edittasktype() was removed which we 
were both using so i put it back, also edittaskdesc() was removed so it's 
giving you now an exception, u can use edittaskdesc2(), it's exactly the same 
except that it takes the connected user in addition to the task id & the task 
description.
