3PID invitation expiration #120

3PID invites have several shortcoming currently:

At the Matrix protocol level, it is not possible to remove them, staying around forever
We also do not give a mean for administrators to remove them from mxisd as we need to keep the HS in sync
Even if we were to workaround by resolving the invite to a specific Matrix User ID, the user would remain invited.

Therefore, to improve the user experience regarding invitation, the following should be done:

Expire invites after N, by resolving the 3PID to a configured Matrix User ID which can then be kicked or controlled by some mean. N is configurable
Leverage our AS integration so mxisd can take control of that user, send a notice than leave the room, much like the Send'N'Leave bot

When combined, both would produce proper invite expiration when auto-cleanup.
