[WIP] Universal search

Start of universal search. Search icon was added to the base menu, which opens up a new UniversalSearchActivity with a "search as you type" searchView in the action bar ala Google Music searching. While this implementation is perfectly functional, there are some concerns I have with it.

• How does universal searching fit into the application when filtering already exists (or will).
• How should it interact with the ASB add armor/decoration? Pressing search there may not do what the user expects.
• the back buttons how they stack. search -> detail -> search -> detail -> ... leads to some very heavy nesting of activities.
• The image path resolution isn't DRY. Repetitive code abounds. Needs refactoring to avoid it. Should be tackled in a separate branch imo.
• Should there also be additional information like quest location/rank, decoration skills, or weapon attack value + element?

Works perfectly. Universal search brings up the same search page regardless of where the user is in the app. Search result order is inconsequential. If we get feedback stating otherwise then we'll consider reordering. People will probably be satisfied enough that it works.

Merge is being held off until "Skills" is added to the search. Function should be Search -> "Sharpness" -> Results should show "Sharpness" skill and clicking should be the same as NavigationPane -> Skills -> Sharpness. Icon should either show blank or placeholder.
