Seems now that with a full config at adele the L2 fixer script is not needed.

From what I can see, when a VRF with only interfaces and IPs are configured, the BCM state ends up with correct IPv6 routes (l3 ip6route show) but the destination interface is to CPU - no l3 egress have been defined. That seems bad.
