Tickets can no longer be opened after installation #1

Hello and thanks for providing the plugin. I may not have configured the plugin correctly, so bear with me.

In Redmine Plugins I see this description: Redmine Watcher Groups plugin This is a plugin for Redmine to add wathcer groups functionality http:// Should there be a URL set? If so, what should it be?

When trying to open a ticket after installing the plugin I get a 404. Could this be related to the missing URL above?

Hello, Thomas!

Please, provide some details - Redmine version, database used, other plugins installed, etc. Also it will be good if you can provide me what log file of Redmine contains after this error 404 (the lines after open issue (ticket) request).

No, it is not connected with the missing URL, URL provides only link to author's web site (if any). Also I'm doubt whether it depends of the way you have configured it - it just need to be copied in the redmine's plugins folder and Redmine to be restarted.

There is no information about this issue nor I can reproduce it so I'm closing it.

Hello Kamen,

i have the same Problem. After installation everthing seems to to be allright. Only if i try to open an existing Call, than i get the message "The page you were trying to access doesn't exist or has been removed." (notice_file_not_found)

Here some installinformation. Environment: Redmine version 2.3.1.stable Ruby version 1.9.3 (i386-mingw32) Rails version 3.2.13 Environment production Database adapter Mysql2 Redmine plugins: redmine_banner 0.0.9 redmine_mylyn_connector 2.8.2.stable redmine_watcher_groups 0.0.1

Which redmine version are you using?
