EnchantColor #1084

I've noticed there's an enchant colour module in other clients such as impact that changes the colour of the enchant glint. The impact module has an RGB colour picker with a toggle for rainbow mode and items/armour visibility. After switching to kami blue, I miss the enchant colour and I think it would be a great addition to kami blue.
