Automatic settings in LocalStorage #321

It'd be good if there was some TS error when a setting is not included in local storage (see https://github.com/kamilmielnik/scrabble-solver/commit/551606693ac756bd8c603df45041347981978048) but it would be best if the setting got hooked into LocalStorage automatically.
