Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

User should be able to send AFSK mesages.

Describe the solution you'd like

AFSK chat window in web UI. Baud, frequencies etc should be configurable by the user.

Additional context

Design should assume different modulations to be added in the future. In fact 'Morse code' could be used as an alternative modulation. But also FSK and MFSK in the future.

Partially done in v0.5.0 as the beacon type.

Chat will be done in different ticket.
