Feature Request: option to create a fasta file with unique monotig sequences #10

Would it be possible to add an option to create a fasta file containing the sequence of each monotig? Or could you point me in the direction of a script/software that can do this from Reindeer outputs?

hi, this needs to be checked but I believe the intermediate files _blout*.gz files are the sequences of the monotigs themselves.

Is there a way these can be retained? Currently they are deleted on completion.
