Impala connector points to a fixed IP #2

A configuration file and an option panel is required for setting cluster connections by a user.

Change this IP to : 127.0.0.1

This allows usages of the same code without huge changes on a QuickStart VM and also by using a local proxy, which is especially necessary to tunnel through a firewall in secure environments.
