Loading previews for ods/odp files cause RAM usage to seemingly increase indefinitely eventually resulting in the system hanging. This is due to pandoc not supporting these formats (jgm/pandoc#7973, jgm/pandoc#8596).
Ranger had a similar issue (ranger/ranger#2594) that was later fixed in ranger/ranger@9da2b4c.
