Updated _skeleton-content.html #25

Fixed "+" signs, changed "sections" to "_layouts" folders

You also changed "sections" directory to "_layouts".. this will work when I merge your other pull request. For now, it is better to keep only "sections". I will merge your other PR with "_layouts" change once I add travis as well as when I fix the gulp error which is happening currently.
