changed find_nircam_centers to perform the phase_cross_correlation on… #201

change to find_nircam_centers to perform phase_cross_correlation on the entire stack instead of on only the first frame and evaluate the median shift and the std. the median shift is then parsed by find_nircam_centers as the new shift to apply to the all frames.
