Side reference pixels not working #80

Any manually specified side reference pixels in the Coron3Pipeline are not working correctly because the use of side reference pixels for subarrays is not supported by the default JWST pipeline. @JarronL might have some ideas on how to fix this issue, but needs help with implementing it.

@kammerje @AarynnCarter @JarronL - Is this old GitHub issue still required or useful? I think the use of side reference pixels has been addressed by some past PR, potentially #97?
