Solutions pages for Akka, Play and Spring Boot #106

I'm adding three solution pages dedicated to Akka, Play and Spring Boot folks. And there is a ton of other minor changes here and there that I was too lazy to separate into dedicated commits. Sorry about that.

/telemetry-context-propagation.png has two horrible problems:

  1. Traceparent twice
  2. Invalid URL with space in it
