Hey @tarungarg546,

Thanks for the PR. Part of me really doesn't want to decline this PR and a part of me says that we don't need it. I know I suggested it as an alternative to your last PR but looking at it now I really don't see any added benefits of it and I don't think that it is really that necessary as I scarcely come across any "emojified" descriptions, even if some repository has such description they don't really serve any purpose.

So while putting the part of me that didn't want to close this PR to sleep and a with stoned heart, I am sorry to say that, I will have to close this PR.

@kamranahmedse Hey, i appreciate your decision :+1: But just for the purpose i see daily one or two repository in my githunt feed, even if they don't serve any purpose they bring feel good factor to user.

And yeah emoji never server any platform{even if they are gmail, facebook, twitter or github} in any platform. They are about making user feel good and and not having a feed with ONLY TEXT's around.

That's why we have utf-8, utf-9 and so other character encoding, they were never meant to serve purpose they were so that we should not get contained in TEXT ONLY world.
