[WP8] Appbars on a pivot page stop swapping after navigating to another page and then back #7

Steps to reproduce on WP8 1) Given a pivot page with 2 pivot items, each with its own app bar. 2) Do any action on the page that navigates to another page 3) Press Back

Appbars no longer swap when changing pivot items.
