Changes

BREAKING CHANGE: Support Typedoc 0.21.3 to 0.21.9, see 0.21.3 release notes
enhancement: Support ReflectionKind.Project top-level container
fix: Update URL handling to accommodate new changes
fix: handling of matching container kind too early in symbol paths

Going forward, will maintain peerDependencies range for correct version compatibility due to the breaking changes sometimes in Typedoc releases.
