I've noticed that some JPEG conversions didn't go correctly with the current version of avifenc. The generated output was an unreadable AVIF. This seems to be resolved when using a newer version of avifencode, so i've updated the version. The binary is from https://ci.appveyor.com/project/louquillio/libavif/build/artifacts
