** What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upgrade from 3.0.6 to 3.1.2
2. Refresh firefox plugin
3. "No Problem" reported when hosts/services are warning/critical

** What version of the product are you using (Nagios Checker and Nagios)?
On what operating system?

Nagios 3.1.2 on RedHat Enterprise Linux 5.3
Nagios Checker 0.14.4, Firefox 3.0.11 on Ubuntu 9.04 x64
