I'm not sure this exactly describes the problem I have but I thought I should
start here.
I have many different nagios servers configured in nagios checker and whenever I
can't connect to any one of them the nagios checker plugin simply displays
"error". I
then have to go through the list of nagios servers manually.
When one nagios server is down it should be easy to see which one it is and
still
receive notifications about services that are problematic in working nagios
servers.

Sorry for late response.
I have made this feature in my current development version. I will release it
soon in
new beta version of Nagios Checker.
Stay tuned.
