Lowest Common Ancestor in Binary Tree(DSA)450

Info about the related issue I have created a java file in the 450DSA folder/Binary trees with the same name as that of the problem. I have given the solution in Java and it is well-commented for better understanding. Only the solution function part of the code is given excluding the driver function codes. Closes: #516
