Answer
Correct Answer: CD

I think it should be: B and D because in this context you have moved to the cloud so your capital expenses will be replaced.

I had a look elsewhere online and they also had B and D as the answer.

I'm happy to be corrected but would like others to provide their views.

B and D sounds right.

B and D should be correct instead of C and D.
