WCF Service hosted in IIS memory leaks (3.1.3) after upgrade from 3.0.2 #467

What steps will reproduce the problem?

After upgrade from 3.0.2 to 3.1.3 we experienced memory leaks in WCF services 
hosted in IIS environment.

After 1 hour of running we have frozen process with 7Gb of memory, in 3.0.2 
everything worked well.

Can you give us more information? A small reproduction that shows the issue in 
action?

We will try, we have complex configuration and using entities and wcf 
integration

Given it's been about a month, I wanted to check back and see if there was any 
reproduction or additional information you can provide. If not, I'll go ahead 
and close the issue.
