[Enhancement] Option to collapse tasks by default when displaying Board #2530

I open this ticket as a contributor of Framasoft projects, and particularly Framaboard which is based on Kanboard.

When displaying the Board, all tasks are expanded by default. The user has the possibility to collapse all tasks in the page menu. When a project has a lot of tasks, it can be more readable to have all tasks collapsed by default and then expand only the ones we want to see.

Should it be possible to add a setting to choose if tasks should be expanded or collapsed by default on the board? (at project level or general preferences level?)

Note on configuration: Tested on Framaboard (=Kanboard 1.0.25) and Kanboard 1.0.31

hum... when searching in issues, i stumbled upon issue #2332 which seems to be the exact same problem. My bad i didn't see it before, you can put this issue as duplicate, I will follow #2332 instead. Thanks!
