Added new domain for better maintainability and fixed references to old domain #432

Without being able to modify the old domain, we had to go ahead and get a few new domains. We now own getkandan.com and kandan.io, which I think are pretty great domains. I'll explain more changes below

Originally I had decided to use kandan.io, but I feel like getkandan.com (suggested by @thisishugo) was a better name, especially when other open source apps do similar things (ex: http://getbootstrap.com/)

Fixes #429 at least partially (Goodbye SEO from old site, or people that had bookmarked the old site)
