More cue sounds needed so we can cut down the number of mods that handle this functionality. I am currently using Kobold Works - Ready Up just for the sounds, and Monk's Little Details functionality is broken at the moment.

Possible to add, but might be a bit complex to get the logic 100% in place (especially when cycling backwards through combat)
