RAR in GPL-licensed project #150

What steps will reproduce the problem:
1. go to http://code.google.com/p/phantomuserland/downloads/list
2. see the file phantom.rar
3. see that the file extension is "rar"

WTF, you don't know anything about free archivers?

Use tar.bz, tar.gz, 7z or simle zip.

All that GPL religious fights are strange for me, but ok, here goes zip repack 
of both files.
