Sorry, if this has been said before, its just there so many different way to say this FeatureRequest.

So currently we can create different menu's and then bind them to different keyboard shortcut. But if we can bind a single keyboard shortcut which will bring kando menu and that menu will be process aware, so for example hitting Ctrl-Space an anki will bring a menu dedicated specifically to anki, similarly if i am in krita - a menu dedicated to krita will open.

Yes, this is definitely a planned feature! Most likely one of the first things to implement after the initial 1.0.0 release. You can see some mockups of this in the upper right corner of this sheet.
