Disable Kando's Dock icon in macOS #474

Description

It would be nice if Kando disabled its Dock icon in macOS (even just optionally). I believe Kando falls into a category of tools that generally don't have Dock icons (see app launchers like Alfred or Raycast, screenshot utilities like Shottr, HazeOver, Karabiner Elements, etc). This is largely because these are never really switched-to like an 'application' and behave more as a systemwide 'utility' (forgive the sloppy nomenclature here, I get that it's still technically an 'application'). I'm not a developer, but to support this request I did some digging and found this: https://www.electronjs.org/docs/latest/api/dock#dockhide-macos

Hi there! This actually used to be the behavior of Kando before. But due to a regression, 1.0.0 shows a dock icon. However, this has been fixed already! So if you run the latest version from the main branch, there should be no dock icon anymore :wink:
