Anchored mode #496

In addition to the existing "Centered Mode", there is now an "Anchored Mode". In this mode, submenus are opened at the position of the parent item. With this, the menu will always stay at the same position on the screen. With this mode, gesture selections are not possible, but it seems that some users prefer this behavior.

This resolves #485.

Oh, okay, hang on, I did not realize that Kando has Centered Mode already! Similar to Fly-Pie! My bad, I need to actually start testing Kando before commenting here. I was holding off because I thought that it might interfere with Fly-Pie, but I can fire up a VM. Thanks @Schneegans , sending a couple of coffees your way.
