Compatibility with upscalers and fullscreen apps #535

Description

I'm not sure if this is something that is possible from Kando's end of things (eg, it may need to be changed in the upscaler app), but I use Magpie to upscale some apps, and when I use kando in those apps, it causes them to temporarily scale down to a normal window. It would be really nice if they would stay full-screen and Kando would upscale with them.

I also have noticed that it is not working with fullscreen apps.

Thanks for the suggestion. However, I do not have any idea how such an upscaler works (to be honest, I didn't even know that they are a thing :blush:).

Is there maybe some kind of setting to adjust how the upscaled window is managed? In order to be drawn ontop of another window, the other window does not have to be in exclusive fullscreen mode. So Kando cannot be shown ontop of a true fullscreen window. Only above borderless maximized windows (what most games use nowadays).
