Disable steam authentication? #89

Hey, I am using ExM atm and I had to download ES to use for some of my scripts. I am use license for connection and no steam req. After installing ES server ask for steam to be open, and i dont see a option to disable it on ES.

Is there a way to disable steam auth or I just shouldnt use ES for now?

I also had this issue and i found a way i think, cant which website but its basicly mod cfg file ... but what i did is simply download another version of essentialmode here the link : https://github.com/rudzboy/fivem-essentialmode you can try it i think some mods or files force steam id authentication

The "kick" message specifies steam, but it isn't actually that. If you set "es_identifierUsed" to whatever you want that will work. However the message will keep saying "steam"
