Need options menu #43

Stuff thats handled ad hoc like the starfield, also add options like sound/music toggle, aiming reticle toggle, maybe also supercompass and map mode toggle. More stuff will come up for this.

The "O" key now opens such a menu. Not everything is there, not everything works, but we have the menu and a framework to expand it.
