Multiplex and spread fire have their own functions within the blaster class now. The "fire" function does not actually fire for rapid multiplex blasters now, but merely refunds the energy cost that will be automatically deducted. The rapid multiplex in-loop code is now fairly minimal and abstract and there is no longer an extra shot on click of rapid multiplex blasters.
Rapid multiplex weapons fire a volley on the click, in addition to when triggered by the timer. So there is an extra, out of rythym (and soundless) shot on click. Can also do a single silent shot by clicking.
Should only be triggered on timer.
