Building on the work by kohrar in #170 I've made some changes.

CV is optional, but ON by default.
I've also reinstated CC as being ON by default.
I fixed a linker issue when CV was enabled.
When there's only one screen, no need to deactivate it when switching screens. This fixes an issue when the function generator is the only screen.

Thanks! I think this is a good way of customising one's FW build from "master".
